Traveling to the Cayman Islands
The Cayman Islands are to be found in the Western Caribbean Sea. Grand Cayman is around 480 miles south of Miami, 150 miles south of Cuba and 190 miles north-west of Jamaica. The “Sister Islands” of Cayman Brac and Little Cayman are around 90 miles east of Grand Cayman.
The easiest way to reach the Islands is by air; Miami Airport is just a 70 minute flight away. If you wish to arrive by sea, it will have to be on a cruise or private charter, as there is no ferry to, or between, the Islands.
