Local mail posted at a Grand Cayman post office by 10am Monday to Friday will be delivered the following day to any Grand Cayman destination. The times for mail to and from the other Islands are subject to air travel factors but should take three days.

In the Cayman Islands, mail is delivered to boxes at post offices, and not directly to addresses. A PO Box number must be included in the address in order for mail to be delivered. You will therefore often see two addresses given for companies or individuals in the Cayman Islands; a mailing address and a physical address.
