Gracing the waterfront at Morgan’s Harbour is the recently opened OsetraBay. A chic, sophisticated restaurant reminiscent of St Tropez and Miami’s South Beach, it is a welcome addition to Cayman’s culinary scene. The sexy white and chrome décor is complimented by various dining spaces and an equally as dynamic menu. Created by Chef Jon, formerly of Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino, and the international team he has supporting him, the menu showcases a wide array of flavours, textures and colours infused with Caribbean ingredients.
