Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink Grand Cayman seats 75 indoors and 75 outside, and is the first Camana Bay dining spot to open on its harbor-facing Crescent.   The space is a collaboration between world renowned restaurant designer Carl Myers and Caymanian architect John Doak, sleek and simply designed, and featuring a central open kitchen with a wood burning oven, heirloom tomato-lined food bar, and drinks bar flanking the main dining room.

The relationships that form the backbone of our menu and wine & beer lists in Miami have followed us to the Caribbean.  And we’re lucky to be developing some exciting new ones with Caymanian farmers like Patrick Panton, Zelma-Lee Ebanks, and Joel Walton, as well as ranchers and fishermen, so we can source local ingredients whenever possible.
