Brac Properties

Cayman Brac ("The Brac") is one of the three islands making up the Cayman Islands. It lies 90 miles north east of Grand Cayman and is easily reached through our international airport by commercial jet.

The Brac is a small island, only 12 miles long by 1 1/2 miles wide, and it will be a long time before urban crowding becomes an issue. Most of the 1500 residents are native Brackers but the number of people buying property is growing.

For the shopper, we have many jewelry and clothing shops that boast local souvenir items. There are several grocery stores that receive weekly deliveries of fresh food or you can dine out in one of our many restaurants serving an exciting menu of gourmet specialties, delicious fresh fish and island favorites. None are formal, but you can choose your own degree of elegance.

The Brac offers deep, blue waters with great visibility, warm breezes, and natural beauty that attracts visitors all year long from around the world to enjoy the world class scuba diving, snorkeling, nature trails, rock climbing, swimming, shell hunting, fishing, or just relaxing. The Brac is known throughout the world for beautiful underwater reefs and friendly people.
