Dr. Kwinter has extensive experience working in a rural general practice, which included his own clinic and a regional single-physician emergency department. As a result, he mastered a broader scope of medicine than most urban counterparts. He is now happy to provide comprehensive medical care for all people, ages, and presentations in Cayman.
Dr. Kwinter completed postgraduate training in Family Medicine at the award-winning Memorial University of Newfoundland and gained additional certification in Emergency Medicine from the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
