Every child deserves the opportunity to discover the joy of reading and the confidence that comes with strong literacy skills.
Once again, eCay is proud to partner with Literacy Is For Everyone (LIFE) for our annual Book Drive, bringing our community together to collect books for children across the Cayman Islands.
We are accepting new and gently loved books suitable for children ages 5 to 15.
Every book donated can help inspire a child, encourage a love of reading and support a brighter future.

Join Our Friendly School Challenge
This year, we are making the Book Drive even more exciting by inviting participating schools to take part in a friendly collection challenge.
Students, teachers and families are encouraged to work together to collect as many new and gently loved books as possible before the Book Drive closes on Friday, October 23, 2026.

How the Challenge Works
The participating schools will compete in a fun and friendly challenge to see who can collect the most books.
The class that collects the most books will be treated to a pizza party.
The individual student who collects the most books will receive a CI$100 gift certificate from Next Chapter.
Most importantly, every book collected will help support literacy and give more children in our community access to books they can enjoy and learn from.
