The simple answer is yes, non-Caymanians can indeed take out mortgages in the Cayman Islands. The lending rate in Cayman tends to be fixed to the U.S. lending rate +/- a point or two! All the retails banks offer mortgages to qualified borrowers. Yes you can, provided you meet the specific criteria of the bank. They can register a company for you, provide registered offices and in some cases provide Directors or Secretarial Services.
