Valentino Salvi founded Utopia Realty in 2011 and Utopia Home Inspections  in 2013. He is a dedicated and committed broker, who consistently goes above and beyond for his clients. Valentino’s energy, easy going style, in depth knowledge of the islands and the business community make him the ideal agent to handle your real estate needs.

Valentino hails from Switzerland and he has been living in Grand Cayman for over 20 years.  He speaks four languages, he is well rounded with a vast amount of experience in the residential and commercial properties. He also offers property management and home inspection.
