Founded in 2004 by Warren Urquhart, Cayman Sports provides professional sports coaching and fitness sessions, and we partner with all of the islands resorts, hotels, and condominiums to ensure that your sporting needs are met while in Cayman.

Cayman Sports offers a wide range of sports and fitness options including tennis lessons, personal training, yoga, BoxFit, BabyBuggyFit, AquaFit, BeachFit, and Archery.

So whether you are a visitor looking to keep active while on holiday, or a resident looking to take advantage of our wonderful outdoor lifestyle, Cayman Sports guarantees you highly qualified instructors and a rewarding experience.

Cayman Sports has recruited quality instructors from around the globe, and by combining them with stunning Cayman Islands locations, we have produced a series of group fitness classes that are not only effective for your body but also incredibly pleasing on the eye.

We have partnered with all of Caymans premier resorts and provide services to the Ritz Carlton, the Marriott, the Grand Cayman Beach Suites, the Wyndham Resort, the Westin Resort and Camana Bay.

Our classes are location driven. Imagine a roof top yoga class at the Grand Cayman Beach Suites, or a BeachFit class on Seven Mile Beach, or a fitness class at the Crescent at Camana Bay.

The majority of our activities are available as a mobile service and we can come directly to your condo or hotel for maximum convenience.
