I founded the Caymanians First Charitable Foundation out of a profound belief that our greatest natural resource is our people. Having spent my career building institutional platforms and navigating global markets, I have seen firsthand the doors that open when local talent is met with the right opportunity, capital, and advocacy.
Our mission is not merely philanthropic; it is strategic. We are here to ensure that the “Caymanian Dream” remains accessible to every driven individual in our community. Whether through professional mentorship, entrepreneurial seed funding, or educational pathways, we are investing in a future where Caymanians are the primary architects of our national economy.
This mission is deeply personal. The Foundation’s values are embodied by my mother, Eloise Seymour. After serving this community as a taxi driver for forty-five years, she remains a force of nature at 87 years old—still dancing, still serving others, and still reminding us all of the power of a tireless work ethic. She remains the only advantage I was ever born with.
She understood that a community thrives only when we look out for one another. The Caymanians First Charitable Foundation is my commitment to carrying that spirit of service into the next generation. We are not just building a charity; we are building a legacy of economic sovereignty. The Caymanians First Charitable Foundation exists to champion the prosperity, opportunity, and wellbeing of Caymanians. Governance and Accountability
The Caymanians First Charitable Foundation was incorporated in 2025 under the Companies Act as an exempted limited foundation company (License No. 427735) and was subsequently registered as a non-profit organization under the Non-Profit Organizations Law (Registration No. 721) on 26 November 2025.
The Foundation operates under robust oversight and care policies, ensuring responsible stewardship of all funds.
