How do I register my entry?

Fully HSA vaccinated (dose 1 & 2) legally resident or Caymanian persons are eligible and automatically entered.

If you have not been vaccinated, you need to go to any of the HSA Vaccine Clinics and get your first dose by September 9 so you can complete you vaccination (second dose) by October 14.

What if I lost my vaccination card?

You should contact the Cayman Islands Health Services Authority (HSA).

What if I have never been given my vaccination card?

You should contact the Cayman Islands Health Services Authority (HSA).

What if I am already vaccinated by the HSA?

Any person fully vaccinated (dose 1 & 2) by the HSA is automatically entered. No further action required.

What if I don't want to participate in the Draw?

If you do not wish to participate in the DMS Vaccination Drive, please contact us at: [email protected].

Are kids eligible for the prizes?

If they are fully vaccinated (dose 1 & 2) by the HSA and with parent or legal guardian consent.

How many prizes are in the Draw?

There is only ONE Grand Prize of CI$100,000 cash.

Cash Spot Prizes will be randomly awarded at HSA Vaccination Clinics.

Is there a Land prize?

Unfortunatelly there is no land prize. There is only ONE Grand Prize Winner for CI$100,000 cash.

If a family member (e.g., daughter, sister) is brought for vaccination will the referrer be eligible for another entry for the cI$100k Cash Prize?

If they both are fully vaccinated (dose 1 & 2) by the HSA and with parent or legal guardian consent if they are 17 years old or younger.

Both the referrer and vaccine recipient must fill out, agree to consent, and sign the Referral Form and drop in the Referral Box.

When will be the last day to submit entries?

The DMS Vaccine Drive ends on October 14, 2021.

To qualify first doses must be received before September 9 and second dose prior to Oct 14.

When will the drawing take place?

The drawing will take place within one week of the end of the drive. The Vaccine Drive ends of October 14, 2021.
