Ms. Judy, as she is known to staff, customers and everyone throughout the Cayman Islands, has been at the helm of The Final Touch, her family-owned business since 1996 when she assumed the reigns, after the death of her husband. With a staff of 13 persons, she plans, directs and manages the finances for all aspects of the business. Under her leadership, The Final Touch continues to grow and enhance its reputation as one of Grand Cayman’s most consistent and customer-friendly family businesses.

Russell is the son of Judy Bush and plays a significant role in assisting with the overall running of the business. He is often deployed in the installation area and has a keen eye for the kind of quality control that has built The Final Touch’s reputation for excellent work.

With several years’ sales experience under her belt, Debbie is part of the team that delivers first-rate customer service to customers of The Final Touch. Debbie is very knowledgeable about tiles and their various applications, which has helped her to keep customers coming back.
Scott Schmitt, Installation Supervisor

Scott grew up in Detroit and lived in several different places in the US where he had various jobs as welding engineer, hydraulic technician, tile installer, designer and builder of kitchens and home contractor. Scott first came to Grand Cayman in 2005 and built a few houses, before returning for the US. He has been back in the Cayman Islands since 2008 and has found his niche at The Final Touch. As Installation Manager he supervises up to 12 men on various projects involving residential and commercial flooring. Scott enjoys projects on which he can incorporate different materials like glass with natural stone or porcelain and marble tiles, to add appeal to the design.
Karen Bush, Bookkeeper

Karen is part of the family that owns The Final Touch and has been with the business for over 10 years. In addition to her responsibilities as the bookkeeper, Karen takes care of a wide range of duties, including placing customer orders, inventory and generally assisting customers.
