Styling hair since 1979, Charlene is Kerastase-trained and worked at Steiner in Glasgow and on their cruise ships' salons for 11 years. She was Essanelle's Regional Trainer for Scotland and N. England before moving to Cayman in 1994.
Charlene built FOCUS with her partner and husband, Brian Barnes.
Karen Eydmann started her career in her home town of Dunfermline, Scotland and has worked in Azores, Portugal and Bermuda. She has more than 16 years of experience in her specialized field and enjoys all aspects of Hairstyling and especially Bridal and Prom Hair Styling.
Maria, from Leeds UK, excelled at beauty college and obtained both Level 2 & Level 3 NVQs. Maria is passionate about her career in beauty and has many years experience in Waxing, Threading, Massages, Facials, Manicures, Pedicures and Gel Overlays however her forte is individual Eyelash Extensions.
Originating from one of Europe’s centers of style and fashion, Massimo Crigna has recently joined the Focus Hair & Beauty Team.
He brings his wealth of skills in everything from color to trimming and styling for both men and women.
Massimo has over 20 years’ experience in Hairstyling and has worked at Fashion Week in New York as well as with Celebrities such as Eva Longoria and Tamara Ecclestone and even collaborated with Vogue.
