How do I reach a doctor after hours?
Contact numbers for all of our doctors are listed on our answering service. If it is a medical emergency call 911 or go to the emergency room at either the Cayman Islands Hospital or Chrissie Tomlinson Memorial Hospital. Notify your doctor as soon as possible of the emergency.

How do I get a copy of my medical records?
You will need to complete a release of medical information form and fax it or deliver it to our office. There may be an administrative fee associated with the request.

How will I get my test results?
Your doctor will call you as soon as he/she has your results. Depending on the test performed, it may take up to two weeks for your doctor to receive your results.

Can I schedule an appointment online?
At this time we are not able to offer online appointments.

Can I use my health insurance card at the clinic?
Please review the detailed information regarding insurance acceptance on the "Office Policies" page.

What about parking?
There is plenty of convenient parking outside the clinic.

Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
Yes.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

How much will my visit cost?
The cost of a visit varies depending on how long the doctor spends with you, and the reason for your visit. An initial consultation will cost approximately $85 without any additional testing or procedures.

How can I get my prescription refilled?
If you are a new patient you will need to make an appointment to see a doctor. Please bring a list of all medications you are on with you including the name of the medication, the strength of the medication, the dosage and how you take the medication.
If you are an existing patient and you need to refill your prescription please call the clinic and a doctor will call you back as soon as possible.  Please allow five days as you may need to make an appointment to see the doctor before he/she will renew your prescription.

How do I get a referral for the physiotherapist or chiropractor?
You will need to make an appointment to see a doctor before a referral can be provided.

What do I need to bring to my appointment with me?
You will need to bring a picture ID such as a driving license, passport or other government issued ID. Additionally you will need to bring your health insurance card, any recent medical reports from another doctor or testing facility including lab tests and radiology reports; as well as a list of all medications – prescription and non-prescription – that you are using.
